About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Partnership Development Lead. This role will be an integral part of our business development, leading on developing partnerships internally and externally to build a pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ambitious sector strategies to meet Groundwork North East & Cumbria objectives.
  • Manage corporate fundraising partnerships, ideally from within the charity sector, to secure successful new partnerships.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues and a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve business growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored new partnership propositions to meet Groundwork North East & Cumbria objectives.
  • Produce high-quality proposals and correspondence to internal and external audiences.
  • Utilize CRM system experience to track and manage partnerships.
About You
  • A proven new business track-record developing partnerships with public and corporate organisations across multiple sectors.
  • Experience of managing corporate fundraising partnerships, ideally from within the charity sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective proposal writing and correspondence to internal and external audiences.
  • CRM system experience.
