**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Act as Software Design Authority, ensuring quality standards are met while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
* Work with members of the Group to identify potential improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
* Maintain and communicate the current project schedule, coordinating with the team to meet delivery milestones and prioritizing as needed.
* Have an awareness of allocated project budgets and ensure they are used efficiently.
* Support the creation of project and release documentation.
* Be able to innovate and think critically to solve complex software problems.
