We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to work in a vibrant school environment as a School Caretaker. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe for staff, students, and visitors.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Oversee the security of the building, including locking and unlocking the premises.
- Support with setting up rooms and facilities for school events and activities.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and report any issues.
- Experience in a caretaker or facilities management role (preferred but not essential).
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our students.
