Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing calendars for relevant brands, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Manage trade-marketing tools, including presentations, trade marketing calendars, point-of-sale materials, and order forms.
- Direct Retail Merchandising Managers in the execution of in-store promotions.
- Ensure merchandising of brand(s) aligns with individual brand strategy and guidelines.
- Support Marketing Manager in budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Communicate and report to brand owners, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Analyze sales data and campaign feedback to inform future strategy.
- Build relationships with key retailer marketing functions to support brand planning and execution.
- Develop and execute PR/influencer plans with the appointed agency, aligning with marketing calendars.
- Support media planning and execution as agreed.
- Degree-educated, preferably in business or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in Colour Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English, written and verbal.
- PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Numerate and analytical, with knowledge of the UK retail landscape and market.
- High level of drive and commitment, with a sense of entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexible working patterns, with good organisational and administrative skills.
- A creative thinker.
