Position Overview: We are pleased to announce a fixed-term or secondment opportunity for an 18-month period for the role of Senior Nursing Coordinator within the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS). This pivotal position involves the effective management of alcohol and drug recovery services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of ADRS services, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.
- Lead clinical governance activities, including care assurance and standards compliance.
- Monitor and respond to complaints, ensuring adherence to professional regulations.
- Provide nursing supervision and line management, ensuring legislative frameworks and national guidelines are implemented.
The successful candidate will play a vital role within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the service manager and contributing to the health and social care agenda. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing professional practice and service delivery, ensuring a safe and effective person-centered approach to care.
