We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing innovative products and solutions for the construction, civil engineering, and high technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and development of new and existing products to ensure the company stays at the forefront of the sector.
  • Organize and supervise the Engineering Team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and investigate opportunities to exploit technology and products across all target sectors.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and record-keeping for the Engineering Team.
  • Provide technical support to customers, distributors, governing bodies, and colleagues.
  • Participate in technical reviews of product designs, requirements, and specifications as required.
  • Assist with quality control of products and support manufacturing processes.
  • Create, review, and update technical documentation.
  • Attend and coordinate testing and trials for new and existing products.
  • Conduct product/technical presentations to customers, design consultants, colleagues, and at industry seminars.
  • Liaise with internal departments on ideas to enhance product performance and new product ideas.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills, outgoing, confident, and articulate.
  • CAD proficiency (preferably SolidWorks & AutoCAD).
  • Capability to write technical responses, documentation, and manuals.
  • Confident and highly motivated customer-facing engineer with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and key focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Good understanding of metals manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to take on roles, responsibilities, and challenges required to achieve company goals.
