About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a nine-month fixed contract basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring an efficient HR process through effective administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience providing administrative support to an HR team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality.
- Experience using Sage HR (desirable).
- Recruitment experience.
