About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a nine-month fixed contract basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring an efficient HR process through effective administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support to an HR team.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality.
  • Experience using Sage HR (desirable).
  • Recruitment experience.
