Your Role:

We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice. As a key person to a small group of children, you will be responsible for updating family records and maintaining open communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, engaging them in meaningful learning experiences.
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and planning to ensure children reach their full potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Early Years Childcare Qualification
  • GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
