We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our dynamic team at Bespoke Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our company's cash flow by ensuring outstanding debts are collected promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day credit control processes, maintaining regular contact with customers to chase outstanding debts.
- Resolve sales ledger queries and manage daily allocation and posting of customer payments.
- Produce and check monthly statements, and generate weekly Aged Debtor reports for sales account managers.
- Conduct credit checks using Experian and recommend customer credit limits.
- Set up customer accounts and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in credit control within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and internal teams regularly. Familiarity with Microsoft systems and credit checking tools like Experian will also be advantageous.
