About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Ye Olde Whyte Lyon in Orpington. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
