We are seeking a CNC Service Technician to become part of a dedicated team specializing in advanced cutting solutions. This position entails the maintenance and repair of high-precision 4-axis CNC milling machines across the UK and Ireland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that machinery operates at peak performance and meets client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding swiftly to service requests nationwide, troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions.
2. Testing, installing, and commissioning various CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Conducting thorough electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
4. Offering expert technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of machine functionalities.
5. Assembling, configuring, and disassembling pneumatic and mechanical systems with accuracy, following manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
As a CNC Service Technician, you should have:

- Demonstrated experience in servicing or maintaining CNC machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in 24v CNC control systems and relevant safety measures.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight as necessary.
