Job Summary

Company is seeking a highly skilled Performance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a voice of the customer in the manufacturing environment, detecting and investigating any issues related to wind noise attribute performance.
  2. Collaborate with the core aeroacoustics team to understand future products and their critical attribute characteristics.
  3. Liaise with relevant responsible areas to drive issues through to resolution.
  4. Apply engineering problem-solving methodologies to complex issues, utilizing tools such as six sigma, 8D, and root cause analysis.
  5. Subjectively assess driven attributes and provide feedback to improve product performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working in an automotive production plant quality role.
  2. Experience applying engineering problem-solving methodologies to complex issues.
  3. A full driving license and ability to subjectively assess driven attributes.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas would be beneficial:

  1. Plant attributes S&R Wind Noise Water Test.
  2. NVH development and measurement.
  3. Vehicle testing and assessment.
  4. Automotive component development.
