As a Registered Nurse at our home, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each individual are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Lead and guide your team to deliver exceptional care and support
- Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care
- Monitor resident health and well-being, identifying and addressing any concerns
- Administer medications safely and effectively
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Promote independence and autonomy in daily activities
- Act on feedback and prioritize resident health and well-being
- Champion respect and dignity for every resident
- Encourage engagement and social interaction
- Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment
- Support nutrition and hydration needs
- Respond to emergencies and utilize reflective practices to improve care
About You:
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN
- You have a passion for care and a commitment to improving the lives of our residents
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- You are a natural leader, with the ability to guide and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care
