About the Role

As an Associate Electrical Engineer at Hoare Lea, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional electrical engineering services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on work winning and delivery, working closely with the regional lead to plan and execute specialist electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct post-occupancy engineering services activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions, leveraging your expertise in electrical systems and site knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored electrical engineering services.
  • Lead and deliver small projects up to £1 million in value, providing technical support to clients and their agents.
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of frameworks and projects across various sectors, including commercial offices, retail, and education.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical design, site knowledge, and post-occupancy engineering services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and relevant UK and EU regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage projects, identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
