About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at our retirement developments in the region.

Your primary focus will be on managing the maintenance of the property and providing exceptional service to our Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.

From facilitating social events to supporting the sales team with customer viewings, you will play a vital role in the business, liaising with various departments and external contacts.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and socialising. You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when necessary, while also possessing the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of our Owners and the security of our developments.

Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality would be advantageous. You will also be computer literate, with experience of using Outlook.
