We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team as a Sales Negotiator in our branch in Rushden.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
