About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in a special needs school.

The school provides a safe and supportive learning environment for children with complex learning, social, and communication difficulties, including Autism and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying special needs, including Autism and Physical Disabilities.
  • Assist students in understanding and participating in lessons, promoting social skills and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in team meetings.
  • Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Participate in training programs and contribute to the development of the organization's culture.
