Job Title: Governance and Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Governance and Assurance Lead to join our team at Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assurance activities throughout programmes and project lifecycles, providing confidence to the RRSL Executive that programmes and projects are being governed appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project and/or programme delivery roles, Oracle Primavera P6, and Assurance and/or Auditing functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working with the Programmes and Central PM community to develop the future state of PM assurance.
  2. Conducting targeted assurance activity to provide confidence in programme management capability.
  3. Carrying out assurance activities on Oracle Primavera P6 plans.
  4. Providing 2nd Line of Defence assurance that programme control systems are established and maintained.
