About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at AD Recruit Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our vehicle fleet and ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline and implement fleet management strategies and business processes to optimize operational efficiency and enhance fleet performance.
  • Manage a team responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Deliver and identify areas for improvement within the Fleet & Compliance team.
  • Manage and adjust reporting on key department statistics.
  • Monitor and maintain a fleet procurement/replacement program.
  • Oversee the insurance policy for both fleet and compliance for the business.
  • Manage the renewal process on all accreditation schemes and programs.
  • Proactively implement a training plan across the business for skill improvements.
  • Provide a support function to the Commercial Director on Health & Safety requirements, internal auditing functions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in fleet management and compliance/reporting.
  • Business acumen including financial, analytical, and commercial.
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and dispute resolution.
  • Working independently and part of a wider supervisor team.
