Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented administrator to support our Financial Advice team with day-to-day duties. As a Support Fund Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Advisers with data entry using various programs, including MS Office Excel, EBS, and a bespoke CRM database called Pay My Student.
  • Process free college meal support and bursary payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the Advice Shop users, working collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals focused on excellent customer service and student success.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and busy Advice Shop environment, working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of IT competency, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above.
  • IT competency and experience with data entry software.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
