Mobile Fabric Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Fabric Supervisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a large geographical patch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey sites, identify works required, and produce fully estimated and costed proposals.
  • Travel extensively to ensure effective site management and delivery of services.
  • Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when required.
  • Engage with site representatives, manage Health & Safety, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Undertake quality assurance checks and complete snagging activities as required.
  • Produce site-by-site reporting, completion evidence, and seek customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
