Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise property maintenance works and ensure that all properties are compliant with current regulations.
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage and update our property management system, ensuring that all records and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct property inspections and complete detailed inventories with photos.
- Advertise new properties/rooms to let and complete rent reviews.
- Manage keys and office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Previous property management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work quickly and use your own initiative.
- Financial literacy and good computer skills, particularly with data entry, email, and Microsoft applications.
- A passion for providing high-quality customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£32,000 DOE, plus bonuses.
- A Monday to Friday working week, with a 9am to 5.30pm schedule.
