About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As a pioneer in innovative healthcare services, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse multi-skilled professional team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Participate in research within the practice, as appropriate, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  • Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers.

Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
  • Commitment to patient care.
  • Ability to use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality, clinically effective, and cost-effective primary care.
