Senior Credit Administration Officer

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in credit administration, with experience in bilateral and sub-participated loans, as well as agency deals. They will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are established within a standardized control framework, enabling accurate loan administration outcomes and post-lending management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all facilities are established within a standardized control framework, including syndicated, bilateral, and sub-participated loans.
- Responsible for agency/bilateral/sub-participation deals related administrative work, including drawdown/rate fixing/fee notices, email circulation, and obtaining certain approvals.
- Ensure that minimum requirements for drawdown sign-off are achieved prior to disbursement.
- Monitor and reconcile the commitment fee on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with Front Office for any requirements from client or agent bank on a daily basis.
- Monitor incoming emails, file archiving, circulation, and diary on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily loan administrative work.
- Monitor late payments and reconcile with back office on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and update the loan database based on agent notice and back-office report to ensure internal system booking and daily portfolio report are accurate and consistent.
- Process transactions in the credit system, including drawdown, rollover, and interest fixing.
Requirements:
- Experience of working on bilateral and sub-part loans.
- Experience of working on agency deal role.
- Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to deliver under strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- System skills: Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate/advanced level.
- English fluent. Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
