Your Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service to our guests. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Ensure that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, making every visit memorable.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business targets and drive sales growth.
  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the right products to meet customer demand.
