About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our Health in Justice Competency Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients, listening to and acting on their feedback to ensure personalized and informed care.
- Contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being, and clinics, and support patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Deliver non-judgmental care, involving health promotion clinics and observations, and supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centers and on wings and house blocks.

Person Specification
We are looking for a qualified Nursing Associate with a real passion for developing their clinical skills in an environment that is ever-changing. You will be required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and undergo additional vetting and security checks.
