About the Role:

We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Religious Education (RE) Instructor to contribute to our educational environment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with providing exceptional RE instruction to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, emphasizing the development of critical thinking and ethical comprehension.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare, and deliver captivating RE lessons tailored to various learning preferences.
  • Evaluate and track student performance, offering constructive insights.
  • Encourage a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist in the enhancement of the RE curriculum.
  • Engage in departmental discussions and broader school initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in teaching RE at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
