About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Banksman / Slinger / Lifting Supervisor to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the movement of materials and equipment on site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on site safety and security
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Banksman / Slinger / Lifting Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
