Role Overview

This Senior Consultant role is a key position within our Business Advisory team, responsible for driving business growth and development. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and contribute to the development of our Business Advisory Communities of Practice, Service Capabilities, and Value Propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our Business Advisory Communities of Practice, Service Capabilities, and Value Propositions, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new clients and projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their development and growth within the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Advanced proficiency in desktop applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and its trends.
