Job Overview:

In the role of Childcare Facility Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of children.
  • Motivate and develop the childcare team.
  • Ensure a secure environment for children, staff, parents, and visitors.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Childcare Facility Supervisor or in a comparable position.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a large childcare setting.
  • Qualified at level 3 or higher.
  • Preferably have experience leading a facility through an Ofsted Inspection.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
