Graduate SEN Learning Mentor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Learning Mentor to join our team at an Outstanding Secondary School in Barnet, North London.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for a recent Psychology graduate to gain experience working with students who have Autism (ASD) and SEMH. As a Graduate SEN Learning Mentor, you will be supporting teaching and learning across the school, as well as assisting EBD or SEN pupils throughout school life.
Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across the school
- Assist EBD or SEN pupils throughout school life
- Lead booster and intervention groups
- Mentor pupils 1:1
- Work in classes across the school
We are looking for a graduate with a 2:1 or better degree in Psychology or a related field. You will have a passion for working with children who have learning barriers, EBD, SEMH, or ASD. Experience working with challenging young people is desirable, but not essential.
What We OfferWe offer a long-term, full-time Learning Mentor role starting in September, with the opportunity to earn up to £600 per week. You will have the support of an inspirational SENCO and the chance to work in impressive departmental facilities.
