Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Work both in the office and on-site.
  • Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting.
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential development.
  • Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
Compensation:
  • Up to £85,000 per year.
  • Car allowance.
  • Private healthcare.
