Our team provides high-quality digital health solutions to clients across the UK, and we're seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project leads, resourcing, operations, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and meet client expectations.
- Work with practice leads and client engagement teams to ensure effective project scoping and pricing, aligning with business goals.
- Oversee project mobilisation, including project kick-off and initiation, ensuring clarity and transparency across the business.
- Establish clear governance and controls for projects, including risk and issue management, to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Ensure timely and effective team selection, briefing, contracting, and onboarding for new projects, aligning with business needs.
- Monitor project delivery, collaborating with project leads, account managers, and clients to ensure services meet client expectations and deliverables are on track.
- Handle project scope changes and change requests effectively with project leads and account managers, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
- Review delivery reports to ensure deliverables are on track and address any risks or issues, ensuring project success.
- Provide regular communication with key clients, collaborating with account managers and practice leads, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Produce monthly project update reports with practice leads and project teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Commercial project delivery experience within digital health, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Project delivery experience across a range of digital health areas, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Commercial project delivery experience, with a strong understanding of business objectives and project delivery.
- Service delivery experience in professional services and consulting projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Project management experience and a sound understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Prince.
- A Practitioner level qualification in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Prince, is highly desirable.
