Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Everpool. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all lettings activities are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of lettings agents to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to improve team performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings or property management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
