Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warranty Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitoring warranty reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely submissions of warranty and goodwill claims
- Monitor warranty reports and identify areas for improvement
- Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer, and customer
- Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
- Inform relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure
- Ensure frontline staff complete records correctly when warranty is diagnosed on a vehicle
- Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers, and manufacturers' representatives
- Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation
- Support other staff members on all warranty-related matters
- Organized and efficient with a passion for attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
- Disciplined and professional, with a strong work ethic
- Experience within the motor trade is essential for this role
