Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in shaping our services and driving positive change for the adults we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, to facilitate effective multi-disciplinary working and maximize clinical outcomes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members, including Assistant Psychologists.
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
- Work within the framework of our service policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience working with adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
- Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists and lecturing/teaching/training.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Skills in data management and analysis.

- A competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus.
- A 52-week permanent contract with 37.5 hours per week.
