Role Overview:This newly established position offers a starting salary of £50,000 per annum, providing an opportunity to take a pivotal role in a successful ongoing transformation.
As the Community Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our specialized dementia and end-of-life care communities.
You will be part of the Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, and will lead a dedicated team of nursing and care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
