  • Confined Spaces: Be able to work in confined spaces, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Work Targets: Be responsible for the delivery of work targets, meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Job Planning: Assist with job planning, ensuring effective task allocation and execution.
  • Support Delivery Streams: Support other delivery streams as deemed necessary, contributing to team success.
  • Risk Assessment: Create Risk Assessment documentation, safety documentation, and Method Statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Certifications: Work towards gaining NACE accreditation and other certifications within the coatings business, enhancing professional development.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2-3 years of previous experience within a coatings or spray painting role. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. A valid UK driving license is essential.
