Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Coatings Business Safely: Ensure the safe delivery of our coatings business, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Task Planning: Be involved in the planning of tasks from job initiation through to scheduled delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Quality Documentation: Carry out and record all work quality documentation, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work Quality Delivery: Be responsible for the delivery of work quality, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Build and continually develop product knowledge and awareness, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility across varied work fronts, adapting to changing priorities.
- Confined Spaces: Be able to work in confined spaces, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks.
- Work Targets: Be responsible for the delivery of work targets, meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
- Job Planning: Assist with job planning, ensuring effective task allocation and execution.
- Support Delivery Streams: Support other delivery streams as deemed necessary, contributing to team success.
- Risk Assessment: Create Risk Assessment documentation, safety documentation, and Method Statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Certifications: Work towards gaining NACE accreditation and other certifications within the coatings business, enhancing professional development.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2-3 years of previous experience within a coatings or spray painting role. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. A valid UK driving license is essential.
