As a key member of the installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring high-quality results, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical surveys to ensure accurate installation planning.
  • Lead and manage installation teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Manage and resolve warranty and remedial work issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar installation management role, preferably in the plumbing industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, installers, and head office staff.
