Job Title: Delivery MI Data Analyst

At Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Delivery MI Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and leading value creation and knowledge management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Ensure that quality standards are met and processes are improved while participating in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documentation.
  2. Project Planning and Tracking: Create project plans and track schedules for on-time delivery while maintaining defined quality standards.
  3. Collaboration and Risk Management: Collaborate closely with development teams and On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve technical issues, and identify risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to establish measurable KPIs and OKRs across technology programs and organizations within Financial Services (FS).
  • Experience supporting program management governance, including control framework setup and regular reporting.
  • Skilled in collaborating with teams to define KPIs/OKRs based on available or required data, aligned with project and organizational goals.
  • Expertise in managing consolidation of metrics and reports across program workstreams, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Capable of identifying gaps in metrics or outliers against targets, escalating issues, and initiating remediation actions.
  • In-depth experience in project management within technology, understanding delivery methodologies, and working with application and infrastructure teams.
  • Experience in business analysis within technology, translating business challenges into actionable requirements for application delivery teams.
