Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor Role at a Premier Aviation Firm

Carbon60 is partnering with a leading aviation organization in the UK to find a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Looking for UKCAA B licensed engineers with type ratings on A320, 737, and/or 777, along with C certification.
  • Position located at a major airport hub

Position Overview:

  • Oversee and execute assigned maintenance tasks, projects, and corporate initiatives within designated timelines
  • Supervise personnel, assist the base maintenance management team, and delegate tasks and responsibilities
  • Issue certificates of release to service for specific aircraft types within QA044 limitations
  • Conduct staff briefings and provide updates to Senior Management regarding progress
  • Ensure maintenance activities are timely and cost-effective
  • Prepare daily progress reports for aircraft undergoing maintenance
  • Perform husbandry and tool audits to ensure compliance and proper documentation
  • Guarantee adherence to health & safety regulations and cleanliness standards

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Category B licensed engineers with C certification for each aircraft type
  • Experience with B737, B777, and/or A320 aircraft
  • At least 5 years in base maintenance as certifying personnel
  • Familiarity with Part 145 Aviation Legislation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
