We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Recruitment Specialist to join our team at U Trust Recruitment. As a Medical Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing medical professionals in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the supply of drivers from Van to HGV Class 1
  • Speaking to clients to understand their requirements and help grow their business
  • Updating the database of workers and clients
  • Working as part of a growing team to create more GP resulting in better bonus
  • Being able to bring new qualities to the team and guide and grow the desk
  • Providing on-call service shared within the office, dealing with driver/customer queries

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full driving license
