Job Summary:

Mirus Aircraft Seating is seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team in our state-of-the-art M-TEST facility. As a Test Technician, you will play a key role in certifying products for airworthiness and supporting the execution of dynamic, static, and life cycle tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineers and senior technicians in executing dynamic, static, and life cycle tests for Mirus Aircraft Seating and external customers.
• Develop and implement test procedures and protocols in accordance with customer requirements and international regulations.
• Set up high-speed cameras for test filming and computer-controlled data acquisition systems.
• Carry out development and certification static tests to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update risk assessments for the dynamic test facility.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a testing environment, with strong mechanical fitting skills and electrical/electronic knowledge.
• Experience with data collection, photography, high-speed data, and video capture.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
