About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Pink Tile Education Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in a classroom setting, providing individualized attention and assistance as needed.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, ensuring that students with SEND receive the support they need to access the curriculum.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with SEND.
Requirements
  • Experience working with students with SEND, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students with SEND.
  • Basic knowledge of SEND policies and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
