Role Overview:
As a Leakage Management Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialist field teams across the Thames Valley Region. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the complexities of the network, which may not always align with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of planned service levels to customers.
- Enhance the effectiveness of the Leakage team through various activities, including:
- Leakage surveys
- Night surveys
- District Meter Area (DMA) isolations
- Step testing
- Valve integrity assessments
- Pressure testing
- Conduct data analysis and detailed examination of flow and pressure data within the Thames Valley Region.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Water Leakage Management.
- Relevant network experience and a full driving license.
- Proficiency in operating assets on mains and conducting pressure, flow, or noise data logging.
- Experience in clean water quality sampling and understanding of sampling frequency.
- Strong technical knowledge of ALC activities and network operations.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, valve operations, and leakage monitoring/control.
- Competence in corporate software packages, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Coaching skills and the ability to guide a team towards successful outcomes.
