Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, and will have the support of our experienced colleagues and leadership team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
- Conduct thorough assessments of our residents' needs, and develop and implement individual care plans that are tailored to their unique requirements.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including medical, nursing, and social care.
- Communicate effectively with our residents, their families, and our colleagues to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in their care.
- Participate in our quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, and who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. You will have a valid NMC pin, and will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in a care home setting. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
