About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to learn and develop digital skills that will support Taskmaster's recruitment professionals. As a dynamic and energetic company, Taskmaster has a network of offices, and this is your chance to be part of their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the use of 'Profile' – our CRM System – to complete compliance checks, input client and applicant data for new and existing accounts
  • Develop new client leads using LinkedIn and search engines
  • Design and distribute marketing mailers on Canva and Outlook
  • Format documents using Office 365
  • Collaborate with teams to create a social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
  • Participate in meetings, pitches, and client interactions, delivering excellent presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Communicate with clients and candidates through Outlook
Requirements
  • A passion for working with people
  • Excellent computer skills – these will be enhanced with your apprenticeship training
  • Take pride in your work and enjoy being organized
  • Think critically and enjoy solving problems
  • A valid driving license or working towards a driver's license
What We Offer
  • Starting salary of £20,000 per annum with regular performance and salary reviews
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for the first 6 months, with flexibility to be scheduled into your rota

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one-to-one support.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognized qualification at SCQF Level 6.
