Overview
Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, utilizing your vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to deliver learning, coach, assess, and support them to achieve their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver learning and coaching to apprentices in a vehicle engineering environment
- Assess and support apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship goals
- Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure successful apprenticeship outcomes
Requirements
- Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an industry environment
- Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £36,400, a 12-month fixed-term contract, and the opportunity to work in a field-based or work-from-home environment. Additionally, you will be eligible for a pension and enhanced leave allowance.
