About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Editor to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited. As a Digital Content Editor, you will be responsible for defining the vision and setting standards for web content across our channels, including websites, chatbots, portals, and apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Product and User Experience Team, Marketing Teams, and Software Engineering team to support existing channels and design and launch new digital channels
  • Work closely with the Marketing Teams to develop and implement content plans that meet our business goals
  • Mentor others in the team to improve digital writing across the business
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for readability and accessibility

Requirements

  • Current expertise in Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Content Design, Accessibility, UX Writing, and Search Engine Optimisation
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tailor writing to different brands and audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
