Pilates Fitness Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all fitness levels, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals through our Reformer Pilates classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to clients of all fitness levels
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work collaboratively with other Personal Trainers and studio staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques

About You:
- No prior Pilates experience is required, but a passion for fitness and a desire to help others is essential
- You will need a driving license and your own vehicle to travel to our various studios during the training academy and as part of your shift pattern
- You will need to be motivated, confident, and passionate about building a client base and delivering high-quality classes
- You will need to be able to work collaboratively with others and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is desirable, but not essential
- A Level 3 Pilates qualification is also desirable, but not essential
